Orientation Any signed member of the club is eligible for a free orientation on our toning circuit (Cybex Equipment). This orientation usually takes two sessions, with instruction on how to set and use the Cybex. An appointment must be made at least two days in advance. Monday through Friday only, after 7:00 a.m. and before 7:00 p.m.
